Service Description
If you have completed your SFA - FULL Blended training and haven't previously taken a Recertification course, you can apply for our SFA - Recertification Course! With the Recertification, you are not required to complete the Online Blended learning. You will only need to attend the In-Class session making it a 1 day class. Get started to day and catch up on your training!

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. However, to ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we have established the following policy: Cancelations or no shows are non-refundable due to number of participants accepted into each course. Rescheduling can only be completed with 48 business hours notice and a $50 rescheduling fee applies. Please note that only one (1) rescheduling is permitted per participant. Additionally, since our courses include an electronic component, they are nonrefundable once the online materials have been sent to you. By purchasing a course with us, you grant HealthTec Training Inc. permission to use photographs, videos, and other media taken during the training sessions for promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, social media posts, website content, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be included in any media, please inform us prior to the start of the course. All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without a refund. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
