Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule your attendance at our HealthTec training courses. To accommodate this, we offer a rescheduling option under the following conditions: - A rescheduling fee of $50 will apply. - You must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the start of the course to be eligible for rescheduling. Notifications made less than 24 hours before the course will not be eligible for rescheduling, and the fee will be forfeited. By purchasing a course with us, you grant HealthTec Training Inc. permission to use photographs, videos, and other media taken during the training sessions for promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, social media posts, website content, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be included in any media, please inform us prior to the start of the course. All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without a refund. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
